Some companies accept ‘change of mind’ reasons for returning items; unfortunately, we are not able to do the same. We will accept returns if there is a reasonable explanation.
The request to return must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of item, must be returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense; customers will be required to arrange their own shipping which can be tracked. You may choose to exchange the size, or return the product for a refund. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Kin Mun Clinic Pte Ltd will refund the value of the goods returned minus the value of any shipping paid.
Returns Due To Defects
We will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 7 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pay for the return shipping and to arrange for their own shipping which can be tracked.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect us to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
- You have 7 calendar days from the time the delivery company delivers to the designated shipping address to notify us that you would like to return the item.
- You need to contact us before you return your item and we will send you a confirmation email with the return address. Any item returned without notifying us will not be entertained. Please include photos of the item if it is defective.
- Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will facilitate the tracking of your return status and process your return. Please note the provided tracking number must be trackable.
- We must receive the item within 15 calendar days after we give our return address. If we do not receive your item within 15 calendar days, no credit or exchange will be given.
- Once we receive your item, ensure that it has not been used, and that all packaging is still intact, and confirm that we have received it within 15 days of giving our return address, we will issue the full refund, or exchange the item for you. We will not make any exceptions on this due to hygiene reasons.
