Pimples (Acne)

Acne is a common skin problem that affects most teenagers and many adults as well. Other than the medical concerns, often, there are associated psychological consequences for those who suffer from acne. Studies show that the psychological and social effects on teenagers need to be taken seriously.

What is acne? Acne shows up as blackheads, whiteheads and pimples. In some cases, they may develop into deep painful bumps, and sometimes cause scarring. Acne occurs mainly on the face, but it can also affect the neck, chest, back, shoulders and upper arms.

Although acne is not life threatening, it can be distressing with physical and social consequences. Parents and caregivers need to read about it.

This is why we have always found it meaningful to be able to treat acne at Kin Mun Clinic.

Our goal is primarily to keep skin pimple-free and to clear all marks left behind from past pimples. We have a range of treatments for depressed scars and keloids.

Our philosophy is that treatment of pimples should be simple, safe, comfortable, affordable and obviously, effective.

The first line of treatment at Kin Mun Clinic is a comprehensive set of HOME CREAMS.  We have continuously fine-tuned and improved every aspect of our acne treatment program over the last 20 years.

Our objective is to:

- produce visible results safely in the shortest time possible.

- have an option for each item of the acne treatment set to be suitable to every skin type.

- successfully educate our patients in the art of comfortable use.

In addition to the acne treatment program, we provide optional ADD-ON TREATMENTS that have proven to give faster improvement, eg, the KMC Signature Light and Peel.

If you have SCAR OR KELOIDS left behind from pimples, there are also a range of treatment options for you, such as acne scar lasers and medifacial treatments.

In this day and age, pimples need not be a condition to be suffered for any length of time.

Do you think your condition is too tough to treat? We love a challenge.
